As a medical billing services provider, we understand the sensitive nature of healthcare information. We maintain strict confidentiality protocols and comply with all applicable healthcare privacy regulations, including HIPAA where applicable, to protect any medical or billing information you share with us.
On this US business website, analytics and advertising measurement are enabled by default. Saved opt-outs are honored. Global Privacy Control disables personalized advertising and advertising cookies, while allowing restricted conversion measurement and ordinary website analytics. You can at any time. Contact inquiries and CSV delivery work with tracking turned off. Marketing email permission is a separate, optional choice on those forms; a CSV request alone does not subscribe you.
When analytics is enabled, we use PostHog to measure page visits, form outcomes and website errors, and to replay masked website interactions. We exclude contact forms, CSV dialogs and calculators from replay. Analytics and advertising event payloads exclude submitted names, email addresses, organization names, messages, calculator amounts and submitted patient or claim information. We retain the public page paths you visit, including state pages and CPT benchmark pages, to understand interest in our resources. Page interest does not establish your physical location. We do not record network request bodies, headers or console logs in replay.
When analytics is enabled, we keep first-visit, session and recent referral or campaign information in your browser for up to 90 days. Advertising click identifiers are retained only when advertising is enabled and GPC is off. When you submit a form, permitted attribution and your privacy settings and whether they were default settings or an explicit choice are saved with that request. PostHog may link your browser to the submitted lead using a random identifier; your email address is not sent to PostHog. A submitted email is not proof that its owner has been verified.
We keep saved privacy choices until you change them or clear browser storage and limited request receipts in your browser for up to 90 days so withdrawal can suppress associated optional campaign activity. Historical request records may be retained for fulfillment and business records. To request removal or change email preferences on another device, contact drew@medresbilling.com. No third-party visitor identification vendor is active through this integration. Google Ads measures visits and successful contact requests using limited page information and random conversion identifiers. Meta, visitor-identification vendors and CRM campaign delivery are not active.
